At the common suppositions about densenesses of an energy of a strain, depending from parameters, the bands of values of parameters are determined, at which the one-phase or two-phase states equilibrium are implemented. Is proved Lipshitzian of boundary between these bands. The character of an equilibrium of a two-phase medium for parameters laying on a demarcation is explored.
