Two criteria of goodness of fit for Cauchy distributions based on characterizations

In this work we construct two criteria of goodness of fit for Cauchy distribution, based on the characterizations. The first belongs to Arnold and the second mentioned in the Ramachandran's paper. The Bahadur efficiency for these criteria are fined.
