Lehmann-unbiased decision rules: admissibility and invariance

In the paper it is proved that unbiased Lehman's estimators for convex parameter sets with the boundary are inadmissible. Some modification of the unbiased Lehman's property for invariant statistical procedures are discussed. Bibl. 23 titles.
