Asymptotically proper constants in Liapunov's theorem

A new asymptotic representation for distribution function of the normalized sums of not necessary identically distributed random variables in the Liapunopv CLT is established. Asymptoticaly proper constants in the Berry–Esseen inequality are obtained. Bibl. 13 titles.
