Scalar product of Dirichlet series and the distribution of integer points on toric varieties

We study the scalar product of Hecke series “mit Größencharakteren”, introduced by Yu. V. Linnik, and its generalizations. The analytic properties of the functions under consideration are closely related to the distribution of integer points on toric varieties.
