On the influence of electric field on the energy spectrum and on the hydrodynamics of the superfluld Helium

Abstract: The impact of a strong electric field in the superfluid Helium amounts to the anisotropy of spectrum of the elementary excitations and to the decrease of the superfluld current perpendicular to the electric field.
