Additional structures in'the Smith theory

The paper extends the Smith theory apparatus. The $\cup$ and $\cap$ multiplications and the Poincare duality are determined for the Smith theory. New ties are ascertained between the specific subjects of Smith theory and subjects of the ordinary homological theory.
