Geometry of supergravity and super-Schubert cells

An extension of Penrose model for superspaees with $N$-extended supersymmetry is described. Geometry of super-Schubert cells of complex super-flag manifolds is used as a source of invariant constraints, Lagrangian and dynamical equations for supergravity models.
