Abstract:
New type waves ($K_r$-waves) propagating in the media with loosely bouded interfaces are described. The group velocity of waves is intermediate between that of $p$-wave and that of $S$-wave, the phase velocity equal that of $p$-wave. The frequency of $K_r$-waves is almost constant and determined by a requirement of the constructive interference. The $K_r$-waves are like to the Crary waves in the floating ice.
