The jumps of displacements and stresses as seismic sources in Biot medium

For the various point sources in homogeneous isotropic Biot medium the wave fields are determined. These sources are the centers of compressions and dilatations, the jumps of displacements and stresses, and various force couples. Among these sources the elementary point sources are selected. The wave field from all other sources can be expressed by means of the field of the elementary point sources. The wave fields of the all point sources are expressed by two ways: by the integral transforms of Fourier–Bessel and Laplace and by the formulas of Stokes form.
