Clebsch-Gordan coefficients for the rank one quantum superalgebra. I

The general definitions of quantum Lie superalgebras are given using $R$-matrices and defining relations with the Cartan matrices. The realization of the generators is presented in terms of the $q$-oscillators. The $osp_q(1/2)$ Clebsch-Gordan coefficients are calculated.
