Covariant quantization of the relativistic string with a nontrivial topology of the world sheet

The wave functions of the relativistic string with a nontrivial topology of the world sheet are considered as the common cocycles of Lie algebra quasiconformal transformations. The equations for physical string states are presented, their solutions are constructed with proper normalization.
