Spectral asymptotic for the compact pseudo-differential operators with a “constant” symbol

“Matrix” pseudo-differential operators on Euclidian set is considered. Operator symbol is the function on argument "$\xi$". This function belongs to Hormander class is supposed. For these operators formula of spectral asymptotic with a remainder estimate is obtained.
