On a non-stationary problem in a dihedral angle. II

We consider the same initial-boundary value problem in a dihedral angle as in the previous article, but with a positive parameter $h$ in the boundary condition. We prove the unique solvability of the problem and estimate the solution in weighted Sobolev spaces.
