Spectral resolution of the $SU(3)$-invariant solutions to the Yang–Baxter equation

The defining equation is used to find the spectral resolution of the invariant $R$-matrix. To take into account degenerate irreducible representations in the Clebsh–Gordan expansion a classifying operator $A$ is constructed which is a linear combination of the known operators of third and fourth degree in generators.
