On the smoothnesa near the boundary for the solutions of elliptic Bellman equations

The elliptic Bellman equation with constant coefficients and zero boundary values on a flat part of the boundary is considered. In this case we give a simplified proof of the H.V. Krylov's result about the estimates near the boundary for the Holder constants for the second derivatives of the solutions of Bellman equation.
