On asymptotics of the discrete spectrum of perturbed Hill's operator

Abstract: Perturbed one-dimensional Hill's operator is considered. The formula for asymptotics of the discrete spectrum at lacuna of continuous spectrum and conditions of validity of the formula are stated.
