Uniform and local asymptotics of wave field in the diffraction problem of short waves on smooth convex contour in penumbra

The problem of diffraction of short wave field on a smooth convex contour is considered. The uniform asymptotics of wave field in penumbra with respect to angle and distance is obtained by using of Green's formula.
