Application of the method of functional integration to the superradiation theory

The transformation of the functional integral for the evolution operator is used in order to investigate the spontaneous decay process for the system of atoms in the radiation field. The exact expression is obtained for the final state of the system. These results are more general than those obtained by the quantum inverse scattering method.
