Minimax testing of the hypothesis of independence for ellipsoids in $l_p$

The paper continues the author's previous papers. The aim of it is to study the ellipsoids $\Phi_{N,\Delta}\subset l_p$, which arises in problems of simple hypothesis testing. Bibliography: 10 titles.
