Pseudo-homotopy of links of codimensions greater than two

The aim of this work is to develop pseudo-homotopy link theory as far as concordance link theory. The author transfers some fundamental constructions of concordance link theory and some simple theorems on these constructions to pseudo-homotopy link theory. Bibliography: 13 titles.
