The library of MATLAB-functions for polynomial matrices

This paper starts the work concerning the preparation of a library of MATLAB-functions. In this library, methods and algorithms are realized that enable one to solve spectral problems for polynomial one-parameter matrices as well as certain spectral problems for two-parameter polynomial matrices.
