Inverse scattering transform for the Coulomb's plasma with the negative temperature

The boundary problem for two-dimensional elliptycal equation $\sh$-Gordon is investigated. Their exact solutions are found and the identities of traces are proposed. The application of this problem to the model of the Coulomb's plasma with the negative temperature is considered.
