Overdiagonal subgroups of the hyperbolic unitary group for the good form ring over a skew field

In the hyperbolic unitary group over a skew field we study the lattice of subgroups containing all diagonal unitary matrices. If a form parameter is minimal, this lattice has the standard description in terms of net subgroups. In our previous paper this fact was proved for the groups of degree 4.
