Exponentially convergent numerical scheme for the stream function of potential flow over axisymmetric bodies

Abstract: A boundary element scheme for the problem of potential flow over an axisymmetric toroidal body is considered. An integral equation for the velocity distribution on the body is derived. It is shown that the numerical scheme for solving the considered equation converges exponentially.
