The speed of convergence of projection methods for linear equations

Abstract: The speed of convergence of approximate solutions, constructed by the moment method and by the Bubnov – Galërkin method, for a class of linear equations, are discussed. Applications to boundary value problems for differential equations (ordinary and partial) are given.
