Solution of boundary value problems for linear systems of ordinary differential equations by the method of directed orthogonalization

Abstract: A version of the orthogonal pivotal condensation method for solving boundary value problems for systems of linear ordinary differential equations is examined. During the orthogonalization the basis vectors are newly resolved at each step, using the eigenvectors and eigenvalues of the matrix of the system at the point of orthogonalization.
