Stable iterative realization of some implicit methods of integration

Abstract: An iterative method of realizing implicit methods for solving stiff systems of ordinary differential equations is described, whereby the stability of the implicit methods is retained for a large integration step, and calculation of the Jacobian, and matrix inversion, are not required. Specifically, our discussion is in reference to the Euler and trapezoid implicit methods.
