Optimization of the non-linear systems of transport theory

Optimization of the general non-linear integro-differential system of transport theory is considered. Necessary conditions for optimality, of the maximum principle type, are obtained. in the present case, the conjugate system of optimal control theory has an integral form and cannot be written in the classical integro-differential form.
