Monotone iterative method for solving an inverse problem of sorption dynamics

Abstract: An inverse problem for a mathematical model of sorption dynamics is considered. The problem can be reduced to a nonlinear operator equation for an unknown function. Solvability of the inverse problem is proved by constructing a monotone iterative process uniformly converging to the required solution.
