On the various mechanisms that generate a diffusion effect in the case of salt transport in soil

A mathematical model of the salt transport process in soil is considered. The existence, uniqueness, and stability of the solution of the relevant problem are proved. The asymptotic behaviour of the solution at different stages of the process is analyzed.
