Abstract: This volume is dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the birth of Ivan Matveevich Vinogradov, an outstanding Soviet mathematician, Member of the USSR Academy of Sciences. It includes articles on various areas of analytic number theory, such as methods for estimating exponential sums and integrals, estimates for character sums, distribution of prime numbers, additive problems, behavior of $L$-series and related functions, the
Dirichlet divisor problem, etc. Many of those directions are closely connected with I. M. Vinogradov's own scientific research. Most of the papers are written by leading Russian and foreign specialists in analytic number theory.
