Dual estimates in the model of expansion of electric power systems

Abstract: The paper is devoted to the dual analysis of the CANOE (capacity and network optimization and expansion). To this end, a dual model is constructed that allows for a deeper analysis of the development of generating capacities and the network than the direct model. In this case, a much wider set of dual variables and relations is used.
