Maximal subgroups containing a torus, connected to the field of fractions of a Dedekind domian

The paper belongs to the direction related to the description of over-groups of non-split maximal tori, for the case when the ground field is the field of fractions of a Dedekind domian. Its principal result is a construction of a series of maximal subgroups in the class.
