On overdiagonal subgroups of the hyperbolic unitary group for a skew field

In the hyperbolic unitary group over a skew field we study the lattice of subgroups containing all diagonal unitary matrices. We have proved for the group of degree 4 that if a form parameter is minimal, this lattice has the standard description in terms of form net subgroups
