On the twophase effective model of the medium with cracks of a finite length

The twophase effective model of media with cracks filled with a liquid is generalized in the case of finite cracks. She wave propagation in the halfspace and in the free layer, described by the new model, is investigated. She results are compared with experimental date and with corresponding results in the case of media with infinite cracks.
