The Turkic World Mathematical Society (TWMS) will hold its 4th Congress in July 1–3, 2011 in Baku Azerbaijan. The aim of the Congress is to provide a forum where scientists and mathematicians from academia and industry can meet to share ideas of latest research work in all branches of pure and applied mathematics.
