The scientific program of the conference covers the following areas:

• Spectral theory of operators;
• Complex and functional analysis;
• Nonlinear equations;
• Differential equations and their applications;
• Mathematical modeling.

Conference regulations include plenary, sectional and poster presentations. An important place in the work of the school will be taken by survey lectures of leading scientists for graduate students and young scientists.
