The aim of the XXIII International Conference "Algebra, Number Theory, Discrete Geometry and Multiscale Modeling: Modern Problems, Applications and Problems of History", dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Professor Alexander Ivanovich Galochkin and the 75th anniversary of Professor Vladimir Grigorievich Chirsky, is to coordinate modern research in algebra, number theory, discrete geometry, multiscale modeling and the history of mathematics and applications.
