A School-conference for postgraduates and young researchers "2-nd winter geometric school" will be held from 1 to 7 February 2015 in Pereslavl-Zalesskiy Yaroslavl region, Russia. International conference in memory of M. V. Losik (1935–2013) in framework of this school will be held.

Lectures and talks on selected topics of modern differential geometry, differential equations, and in particular related to works of M. V. Losik are assumed.

The main activities of the school and conference:

• differential invariants,
• geometry of differential equations and geometric methods in mathematical physics and control theory,
• neurogeometry and modeling the brain activity,
• quantum differential geometry and quantization of differential equations.

Topics related to the work of M. V. Losik:

• cohomologies of Lie algebras,
• characteristic classes of structures on manifolds,
• manifolds with singularities, orbifolds, diffeologies, and other generalizations of smooth manifolds,
• theory of foliations,
• categorical approach to differential geometry.
