For boundary value problems for the Duglis–Nirenberg's systems in areas with the piecewise smooth boundary the criterions for neterian properties and formula for an index are obtained. For boundary value problems for the Stocks's system are obtained necessary and sufficient conditions of neterian property and the indexes are calculated.
