In series of my papers about discrete difference equations was detailed the theory of asymptotic behavior, based on Liapunov"s characteristics exponents. In two my books were explained the construction principles for numerical schemes, based on general polynomials from Tchebyshev spaces. In last my researches, developed jointly with V. Tikhomirov and G. Magaril–Il"yaev, we stady the extremal properties of general Tchebyshev and general Zolotariov polynomials.
