My scientific interests encompass several areas of experimental and theoretical organic chemistry: physical organic and synthetic chemistry of the Group VI elements (mainly S and Se), theoretical and synthetic organic photochemistry; and (generally) theoretical organic-ab initio computations of relativistic corrections to the Hamiltonian (mainly spin-orbit coupling). All the above does NOT include heterocycles or organometallics.
