Theory of quasi cellular nets and their practical using

There are many systems in science, technics, technology, medicine and social sciences such based on flows. Flow in different subjects consists of particle objects and flow as single object. This is idea of creation models on micro and macro levels. Conversions between micro and macro models is important science problem.
It considered new type of discrete structures, named quasi cellular nets. They may be used for flow-based systems simulation on single model on micro and macro levels in different subjects.
The main problems are design, synthesis, circulation in qiasi cellular nets and their using in system simulation. It also considered problems of subject using and program realization of quasi cellular nets.
