Abstract: Deterministic dynamics is a degenerate case of a Markov Process, but the physical world is mainly deterministic. The talk discusses what minimal amount of randomness is necessary for the basement of existing physical theories. For rigorous proofs the notion of good controllability of the system appears to be important. Otherwise speaking, for any pair (A,B) of states of the system the number of switchings of deterministic dynamics, necessary to reach B starting from A, should be uniformly bounded |
