Abstract:
The report will present a general classification of instrumental physico-chemical methods of analysis based on the use of synchrotron radiation, as well as analyze the trends of their development and role in modern science and high-tech production. Using the example of several synchrotron methods, the physical foundations and principles of extracting valuable information from raw experimental data will be described. An attempt will be made to systematize the "bottlenecks" and potential directions for expanding the functionality, informativeness and effectiveness of the use of synchrotron methods from the point of view of the mathematical apparatus and algorithms associated with the processing of experimental data.
