Dirac operator and positive scalar curvature

In this talk, I will discuss an index theorem for Dirac operators on manifolds with corners and its application to Gromov's dihedral rigidity conjecture on scalar curvature. I will make this talk accessible to non-experts. This is joint work with Jinmin Wang and Zhizhang Xie.
