Existence of weakly overtaking optimal control

Abstract: The talk is devoted to the existence theorem of the optimal control for infinite horizon control problems in the case when the corresponding value function is finite. Apart from it, no previous assumption in the asymptotic behaviour of trajectories or adjoint variables is necessary. Primary we give the attention to the weakly overtaking optimal solution" criterium.
