Georg Cantor, St. Petersburg period. New additional information

For the time that has passed since the publication of my book about Georg Cantor and my report in our Mathematical Society in 2012, I have found new information about the Petersburg period of Cantor’s biography. I would like to tell about it, with repeating basically the previous report.
