Return of the plane evolute

Evolutes of plane algebraic curves are considered. The lower estimates of the following 4 invariants are given:
1) maximal number of real intersection points of the evolute of a degree $d$ curve with a real line;
2) maximal number of real casps of such evolute;
3) maximal number of nodes of such evolute;
4) maximal number of nodes on the curne dual to such evolute.
